A new 120 m skyscraper, Plac Grzybowski

Ghelamco applied in December for the construction of a new skyscraper, ‘Plac Grzybowski 12/16’. For almost a decade, a skyscrapers project was to be built on the site of the former Jewish Theater. Also, for years, the inhabitants of the Cosmopolitan Tower protested against the construction of a new skyscraper that will block part of the view and cause construction-related nuisances.

The new project proposed by Ghelamco (responsible for the construction of the ‘Warsaw Unit‘, ‘The Warsaw Hub‘, the ‘Warsaw Spire’ and future ‘The Bridge‘ or ‘Sobieski Towers‘) in cooperation with the Social and Cultural Society of Jews in Poland (TSKÅ») includes the construction of a 120 m high skyscraper. The building will be an office complex combined with commercial spaces with a theater function and garages. As part of the investment, the new TSKÅ» seat, the Center for Education of the Righteous Among the Nations, and an office and service space will be built in the building. The new Jewish Theatr should be built in Wola.

No architectural proposition for the moment.
