


The Warsaw Hub is a 130 m twin towers and 86 m hotel tower complex located in Rondo Daszyńskiego. The 130 m twin towers are connected by a bridge of glass. Office and commercial spaces will be available in the complex and the first tenants will move to Warsaw Hub next month, among them WeWork (4 floors), Meetdistrict (7000 m2), Getin Noble Bank, Standard Chartered’s global business services center, GrECo Polska (700 m2), Cushman & Wakefield (2500 m2), Elanco Animal Health (3700 m2), Atradius (1500 m2), GATX Rail Poland (1500 m2). But also a startup and corporation cooperation center, a Zdrofit fitness club, a 2000 m2 conference center, and at the level -1 connected by the Metro 2 a shopping arcade with Biedronka, Rossmann, Bars and restaurants (L-1 McDonald’s/McCafé – 400m2) – Coffee shops…
The smaller tower (86 m) will be an hotel complex Crowne Plaza with 212 rooms & Holiday Inn Express with 218 rooms. Cherry on the cake, the first skybar of Rondo Daszyńskiego will open at the top of the tower.
