After Spire Tower or the just completed Warsaw HUB, Ghelamco (Belgian investor) announced the construction of a new skyscraper next to the Warsaw Spire in Wola. Called The Bridge, this 174 meters skyscraper has been developed by the Dutch Studio UNStudio and the Polish-Belgian company Pracownia Architektury Projekt.

The project will offer 47,000 m2 of office space, over 40 floors. A coffee shop will be located at the base of the tower facing the Plac Europejski and a restaurant will be implemented at the top of the former Bellona Publishing House and connected to the skyscraper.
In the near future, Ghemlaco plans to build another skyscraper call “Sobieski Towers”.
