A new investment called ‘STUDIO’ will be built next to the Fabryka Norblina complex in the Prosta’s street. Built in 2 stages, the first stage, a 14 floors building (17,600 m2) is expected for the third quarter of 2023, following later by a 101m office skyscraper (for a total of 43,000m2).
The complex will is designed by the Polish architect’s studio ‘Grupa 5 Architekci‘ (Kliff mall, Millennium Bank headquarters, Żaryna street, Office Building, Piękna 49, BPS Bank headquarters, Grzybowska street, GTC Platinium Bis Office Park, Domaniewska street…) and the Danish studio ‘Arrow Architects‘for the investor Skanska (Generation Park, Spark…).
