STUDIO (101 m) – the new skyscraper’s project next to Fabryka Norblina

A new investment called ‘STUDIO’ will be built next to the Fabryka Norblina complex in the Prosta’s street. Built in 2 stages, the first stage, a 14 floors building (17,600 m2) is expected for the third quarter of 2023, following later by a 101m office skyscraper (for a total of 43,000m2). Skysawa will reach its final height of 155 meters in the next few hours. A light show is organized this evening until 23h.

SKYSAWA will reach its final height of 155 meters in the next few hours, after more than 2 years of work (the construction began in June 2021). SKYSAWA [155m] – 2023 – New visual: the connection between Rondo ONZ metro station and the SKYSAWA skyscraper complex.

Polski Holding Nieruchomości “PHN” unveiled the visual of the connection between the metro and the SKYSAWA’s complex. The first skyscraper in Warsaw to benefit from such access is Warsaw HUB, located at Rondo Daszyńskiego, Central Point will also have the same connection at Metro Świętokrzyska.
