A new investment called ‘STUDIO’ will be built next to the Fabryka Norblina complex in the Prosta’s street. Built in 2 stages, the first stage, a 14 floors building (17,600 m2) is expected for the third quarter of 2023, following later by a 101m office skyscraper (for a total of 43,000m2).
