Early work – Skyreach (170 m) the construction of one new skyscraper should start this year.

Located at the 59th of the Grzybowska street at the intersection of Grzybowska and Wronia streets next to the Hilton Hotel and about ten meters from the Warsaw Spire. Skyreach which is driven by Golub Gethouse and designed by the Warsaw architectural firm ‘Autorska Pracownia Architektury KuryÅ‚owicz & Associates’ will be a 170-meter-high residential complex with a usable area of almost 70,000 m2. The works are scheduled for this year for a completion expected for 2024. The materials, especially the dominant black color of the building, will give the building a luxurious look and personality.

Commercial spaces will be available at the base of the structure, while the 2nd and 3rd floors will be occupied by office. Residents of the building will have access to various services, including: a 24-hour reception, a SPA, a fitness area, a yoga area, a squash court, a cinema room, a lounge, a game room and a co-working space. All floors above the fifth will be occupied by various apartment types and sizes (900), with over 34,000 m2.
The last two floors will include two-story penthouses offering one of the most spectacular panoramas in the Capital
