Browary Warszawskie (former beer factory – XIXth Century) by Echo Investment and designed by JEMS Architekci is another huge (1/2 billion PLN) residential, office, and entertainment investment in Warsaw (100 000 m 2 and 4,5 ha). After Koneser, Hala Koszyki, Elektrownia Powiśle or Fabryka Norblina. The complex consists of six new residential buildings, four office buildings, and three restored historic buildings.
