COVID-19 outbreak – Warsaw in red zone from Saturday – What does it mean?

Yesterday, October 14th, 2020, was the worst day in Poland since the beginning of the COVID-19 outbreak. In 24h, 116 people died and 6526 (last record) were tested positive. Today, October 15th, 2020, the situation was not better 96 people died and 8099 people were tested positive, the largest number since the beginning of the pandemic and since 2 weeks the number of new cases and deaths is constantly increasing.
