The Bridge (174 m) – the new Warsaw Skyscraper expected for 2024

After Spire Tower or the just completed Warsaw HUB, Ghelamco (Belgian investor) announced the construction of a new skyscraper next to the Warsaw Spire in Wola. Called The Bridge, this 174 meters skyscraper has been developed by the Dutch Studio UNStudio and the Polish-Belgian company Pracownia Architektury Projekt. Polski Holding Nieruchomości “PHN” unveiled the visual of the connection between the metro and the SKYSAWA’s complex. The first skyscraper in Warsaw to benefit from such access is Warsaw HUB, located at Rondo Daszyńskiego, Central Point will also have the same connection at Metro Świętokrzyska.
