STUDIO (101 m) – the new skyscraper’s project next to Fabryka Norblina

A new investment called ‘STUDIO’ will be built next to the Fabryka Norblina complex in the Prosta’s street. Built in 2 stages, the first stage, a 14 floors building (17,600 m2) is expected for the third quarter of 2023, following later by a 101m office skyscraper (for a total of 43,000m2). Warsaw One Project – Ilmet tower (Mercedes logo tower) should be demolished in the next months for a new skyscraper’s construction.

The Illmet tower (83 m) was built in 1997, a project called Warsaw One has been designed by the Danish Architect studio Schmidt Hammer Lassen for the investor Skanska.
