Located at the intersection of the Grzybowska, Wronia, Łucka, and Towarowa streets plot next to the Warsaw Spire and the upcoming ‘The Bridge’ in the Wola district, the 130 m Chopin Tower designed by the PBPA Projekt studio, architect Adam Wagner, is set to become another iconic landmark for Poland’s capital.
The Chopin Tower will be another piece of the already well established Ghelamco’s galaxy in Warsaw : Warsaw Spire, Unit Tower, the HUB, and the upcoming Bridge Tower.
The project will offer modern office space with areas dedicated to retail and services. In addition, an underground garage hall will be built connected to the Bridge Tower, already under construction.
The beginning of the construction is not expected before 2025.
