The Królewska Fabryka Papieru (Royal Paper Factory) was to be destroyed, its historical importance is significant, indeed in this factory of Konstancin-Jeziorna was printed the second constitution of the world after the USA, the Constitution of May 3, 1791.

The demolition process started in 2013, but two years later, 56 hectares of land were put for sale at a low price of 60 million PLN against initially 110 million.

The new project by ARCHE SA will include various areas and activities including restaurants, craft bars, cafés, a 6000 m2 event and meeting space, hotel rooms, a library, a book store, a park, pedestrian and bicycle communication zone across the complex.
