Sobieski Towers Project – adopted by the Council of Warsaw

Initially called Sobieski Tower project by Ghelamco (in charge of the Spire Warsaw, the Warsaw Hub, Warsaw Unit, or the future The Bridge) is a decade-old project, the original project was to build a 160 meters tower for 100,000 m2. The Warsaw City Council has approved the construction of a four-part skyscraper of 108, 116, 127, and 130 meters designed by JEMS Architekci Studio.
Located on a plot at Zawiszy Square, the complex will have 34 floors and 5 underground levels for a total of 77,500 m2 including 43,000 m2 of office space and 3000 m2 of commercial space.

A connection to the skyscraper between Aleje Jerozolimskie and Grójecka will be built by the investor at his own expense.
The estimated costs of the project would be around PLN 250 to 300 million.
