The destruction of the Atrium International is starting. Performed by Strabag, located al. Jana Pawła II 23 built in 1995 the Atrium International will be replaced by the UPPER ONE.

Designed by Medusa Group (Warsaw NOBU Hotel) and built by Strabag Real Estate, UPPER ONE will be a double skyscraper (135 & 55 m) built on the site of the Atrium International. The two buildings will be used as offices and hotels.

After being temporarily used as a refugee shelter, the International Atrium is now dismantled, the project is expected to be completed by 2026.
