On November 18th is full of good news on the investment scope, UPPER ONE, a double skyscraper complex will be built on Aleja Jana Pawła II (John Paul II Avenue), and we have the design!

Designed by Medusa Group (Warsaw NOBU Hotel) and built by Strabag Real Estate, UPPER ONE will be a double skyscraper (135 & 55 m) built on the site of the Atrium International. The two buildings will be used as offices and hotels.

After being temporarily used as a refugee shelter, the International Atrium will be dismantled by Q3 2023. The project is expected to be completed by 2026.
