Google’s massive transaction for Warsaw Hub! The largest in the Polish office market History.

Today, Google announced the purchase of the Warsaw Hub Twin Towers complex for a massive transaction of 2,7 billion PLN (more than 540 million Euros), the largest in the Polish office market history. The total surface of the complex is 113,000 m2 including 70,000 m2 of office spaces and, 7000 m2 of commercial spaces.

The company occupies 14 floors of the complex for a total of 20,000 m2 housing his Cloud Department Center. Up to 2500 employees are expected on the site.

The Warsaw Hub is a 130 m twin towers and 86 m hotel tower complex located in Rondo Daszyńskiego. The 130 m twin towers are connected by a bridge of glass. Offering office and commercial spaces the complex already includes several international brands: WeWork (4 floors), Meetdistrict (7000 m2), Getin Noble Bank, Standard Chartered’s global business services center, GrECo Polska (700 m2), Cushman & Wakefield (2500 m2), Elanco Animal Health (3700 m2), Atradius (1500 m2), GATX Rail Poland (1500 m2). But, also a startup and corporation cooperation center, a Zdrofit fitness club, a 2000 m2 conference center, and at the level -1 connected by the Metro 2 a shopping arcade with Biedronka, Rossmann, Bars and restaurants (L-1 McDonald’s/McCafé – 400m2) – Coffee shops…

The smaller tower (86 m) includes an hotel complex called Crowne Plaza with 212 rooms & Holiday Inn Express with 218 rooms. Cherry on the cake, the first skybar of Rondo Daszyńskiego ‘The Roof’ offers a large brand of drinks and food with one of the most beautiful views in the city.
