The City of Warsaw is constantly changing, and several new projects have been awarded to redevelop the center of the Capital.
Among them, Złota and Zgoda streets designed by RS Architektura Krajobrazu Dorota Rudawa (already in charge of the Vistula boulevards).
In place of the ‘ugly’ Zgoda parking, a new square will be created and the Wiecha Passage Tunnel will be demolished for the creation of a large square with greenery and a water mirror. Mainly pedestrian, the streets around the square will only be allowed to technical and delivery vehicles with a limit of 30 km/h. Several parking spaces will be reserved for the residents and delivery vehicles, and the lost parking lots will be transferred to the underground parking lot under Plac Powstańców Warszawy.
