Located on the Daszyńskiego Roundabout at Prosta 51/Pańska 112 next to the Spire tower, the Warsaw Unit is currently the 5th tallest tower in Warsaw
This new skyscraper ordered by Ghelamco Poland and designed by PBPA project has 57,000 m2 of usable space on 45 floors. One of the features making this tower special is the so-called ‘dragon scale’ facade made of reflective steel tiles reacting to wind and the light, bringing an impression of life to the edifice.
On November 18th, the panoramic platform will be opened on the 46th floor, almost 200 m above the ground with a unique and scary attraction in Europe called SKYFALL. Consisting of a glass platform inclined at 15°, it will allow 4 people to simultaneously experience the sensation of heights at 200 m for 5 minutes. The ticket will cost from PLN 30 to PLN 40 (PLN 30 online – standard price PLN 35 and PLN 40 with a single use of the Skyfall attraction + PLN 5 for each new try) and will be open to tourists from the first quarter of 2022.

A public sky restaurant will be located on the top floor of the skyscraper, with one of the best views of the city.
At the beginning of the project, one of the code names was Spinnaker Office Tower.
