Dedicated to business but also for the public, the Widok Tower will house some units of the Warsaw City Hall that signed an agreement for 12,000 m2 of office space (almost 50% of the building – 10 floors) for a total amount of 100 million PLN.

The Widok Tower will open in the next months and will be a mix of office and commercial spaces. Located Aleje Jerozolimskie next to the Rotunda, the building is the most central construction in the Capital.

By S+B Plan Bau Warschau, the total usable space is 28000 m2, 22000 m2 dedicated to office spaces and 6000 m2 for commercial purposes.
