New Estate investment parts of the former Ursus factory

800 apartments incorporated into a former factory, this is the new investment made in Ursus in the South-West of Warsaw. Created by Aurec Home this new investment will combine apartments, retail spaces, fitness and gastronomic spots.

The beginning of the construction is expected in 2023 for a completion in 2027.
