The construction of two 95 meters Towarowa Towers located at Prosta Street (next to Rondo Daszyńskiego) just began.
Built by Asbud Group on the site of the former Polfa Warszawa SA factory (Prosta 69), this residential towers will consist of 600 apartments from 31 to 83 m2 (1 to 4 rooms), and a four-story underground garage. The resident will have access to a representative lobby with reception, a common space with a fitness club and a green courtyard with a relaxation zone.
Build by Hochtief, the construction will last 37 months. In the next stage of the investment 3 lower buildings with about 300 apartments will be built.
