Generation Park (140 m) is now fully completed! The insurer PZU, will soon be moving into the main skyscraper of which they are the main tenant.

Generation Park is now fully completed. Located on Rondo Daszynskiego skyscraper’s galaxy next to the Warsaw Spire, this new complex was built by Skanska and created by JEMS architectural studio. The complex includes 3 skyscrapers of various heights and was delivered in several stages. The construction started in 2015 for a delivery in February 2021. The largest building called Generation Y (140 meters), the latest delivered, consists in 31 floors for more than 47,000 m2 usable space. One of the main tenant will be insurer PZU with more than 44 000 m2) which will move soon from its historical tower (the PZU Tower) located on the Avenue John-Paul II to Generation Y.

The lobby includes a 330 m2 green wall and a green terrace on the 35th floor (127 meters), higher than the public observation deck in the Palace of Culture, at 114 metres. Short anecdote, honey will be produced thanks to beehives placed on the roof. In order to create more greenery a 3000 m2 park with trees and plants has been created over the complex.


Generation X and Z, on the other hand, were delivered earlier. The first one, Generation X, delivered in 2016, consists in 10 floors for a total useable area of over 20,000 m2, the second one, Generation Z, delivered in 2018, consists in 13 floors covering a total useable area of almost 18,000 m2.


In addition to offices, the complex has a multitude of services dedicated to employees and the public, including stores, cafés, restaurants, a beauty center, a nursery and a medical center.
