In the midst of the pandemic, the French headquartered home improvement and gardening retailer Leroy Merlin signs the largest office transaction of the year and will move his headquarters into the Forest Tower in 2022. The company will lease over 12 000 m2 on 3 floors of the 78 000 m2 of the office complex just in front of ‘Arkadia’s’ mall which houses one of the major stores for the company in the capital.
“The Forest Office Campus” will be located close to the “Radosław” Roundabout & Arkadia Mall (Burakowska 14) on a 2 hectares land for a total of 78 000 m2. Composed of a 120 m skyscraper (1 floor built every week) and buildings from 6 to 8 floors, the complex will include an urban farm roof, an outdoor fitness space, leisure deck and more. The complex will be surrounded by a park of 200 high size trees for a total of 2 football fields. Terraces and patios will be open to the public, accessible with elevator and there will be also community gardens.
By HB Reavis, also in charge of the Varso Tower‘s construction, the completion of the Forest Office Campus is expected for December 2021.
