Opened in 2013, Plac Unii is an office and shopping mall complex located between Puławska 2 next to the Plac Unii Lubelska. The original complex of 56,800 m2 was divided in two parts with 41,300 m 2 dedicated to office space, and 15,500 m 2 for the shopping mall.
But from this year, a new life is starting for the complex, a part of the stores will be closed and transformed into offices. The shopping center will be remodeled and relocated on level 0 and -1. Several stores will be closed but new ones will open in the new version of the Plac Unii Shopping Center.
The end of the project is expected for the end of 2021.
