A huge shopping center with 150 shops and 20 restaurants should be built on 22 hectares at the border of Bemowo and Stare Babice, next to the S8 city’s beltway at 450 m from the future Metro II station Lazurowa. Presented by Dekada, specialized in the construction of shopping mall, this new investment will have a leasable area of 43 000 m2 and is expected to be completed in the next 5 years.
