
Chmielna 89 “The Pyramid of Warsaw” will be a 79 m modern office building of 25,000 m2 and 14 floors located in the Wola district at the intersection of Jerozolimskie and Miedziana streets. 995m2 will be dedicated to commercial and service purposes. The facade is made of glass panels, stainless steel and aluminum frames. The bank PKO will occupy all office spaces for a total of 24 000 m2, 200 employees will move to the building.
An impressive restaurant “Niezły Kocioł” with a stunning view on the Warsaw skyline will occupy 430 m2 of the building. It will the third restaurant operating under this brand in the capital.
