Despite the pandemic many people don’t wear masks in public transports. In order to avoid a maximum of risks Polish cities multiply the number of police patrols in transports. In Warsaw patrols will control people in Bus, Tram and Metro. According to the town hall the point is not to punish people but to make them aware of the situation. In the fall, epidemiologists expect a second wave of the pandemic, which could be even more serious. From 500 to 30 000 PLN this fines seems to be more and more necessary.
