Giant investment “Góraszka Project” – “Majaland” Amusement Park and a 120 stores shopping center complex near Warsaw in 2022.

A second amusement park dedicated to Maya the Bee will open in Poland after Kownaty (West Poland). Owned by the Belgium company Plopsa group (theme park division of Studio 100 operating 7 parks in Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany, and Poland) and the Dutch investor Momentum Capital. This completion is expected in October 2022 for a total cost of 60 million PLN with the opening of a 77 000 m2 shopping center of 120 stores with 56 000 m2 dedicated to retail with an hypermarket, and a construction store “Leroy Merlin”. 27 000 m2 will be dedicated to entertainment and relaxation with a large food court, relaxation zones, a multi-screen cinema, a modern fitness club and many other facilities. The complex will be perfectly connected to Warsaw thanks to the access node included the S17 modernization road project route and upcoming S2 road. This complex is a project of the French company Ceetrus (Auchan).

Majaland Kownaty is an amusement park opened last year, this first complex of dozens of attractions (26) is equipped with two roller-coasters “Wiking” and the new one “Wilkołak” (Werewolf) opened last year, it is the first wooden roller coaster of Poland with a maximum speed of 71 km/h, a maximum height of 22 m and 618 m long, a mini-zoo called “Farma Heidi”, a carousel “Karuzela Kwiatów”, “Zakręcona farma”, “Łodzie Wikingów” or “Karuzela motyli”, electric cars “Samochodziki”, toboggan “Super ślizg”, and many others…   

It could not be the last Majaland Park, Plopsa Group is already working on two new parks in Gdańsk (2022) and Katowice (2023).
