The last and highest building of the Generation Park office building complex just reached his final high with 140 m (40 floors). Called Generation Park Y, this new building will not be like the others, at 127 m you will find a green terrace

Generation Park Y built by Skanska and designed by JEMS office is located next to the Spire Tower at the intersection of Prosta and Towarowa in the Wola district. A 40 m spire will complete the building.

In the lobby you will find a 330 m2 green wall and at the 35th floor (127 m) you will find a green terrace with a panorama on Warsaw, higher than the Palace of Culture and Science observation deck at the 30th floor (114 m). Honey will be created at the top of the tower with the installation of beehives. For more greenery a 3000 m2 park will be created in front of the complex. The underground car park will smart with intelligent live system showing the availability of places and will be fully equipped with supply for electric cars and 187 places for bicycles.

The first tenant the insurance PZU could rent 44 000 m2 but also the entire building, they will move from the historic building located next Rondo ONZ and the Aleja Jana Pawła II. If they rent the building it will be the largest lease after mBank with Mennica Legacy Tower. The opening of the Generation Park Y is expected for the first quarter of 2021.
