According to LOT, following the decision of the Polish Government to extend a lockdown of the borders and the suspension of air traffic due to the COVID-19 in Poland and worldwide, all flights are cancelled until May 9th, 2020 minimum and borders will remain closed until May 15th, 2020, minimum. LOT decided to cancel all flight until May 15th, 2020 considering the closing of the borders.
LOT announced 3 options about your flight:
- Change the date of your scheduled flight and receive a code entitling you to a 30% discount on your next LOT trip
- Change the route of your journey flexibly within one year from the purchase of the original ticket,
- Exchange your ticket for 12 months from the date of purchase for a voucher of the same value (valid for the next 12 months from the date of receipt of a voucher).
- You can return your ticket yourself by completing the Ticket Refund form.
