The city hall of Warsaw announced today that the Vistula banks are no forbidden. The decision was made after reports of too many people in groups, drinking, playing on playgrounds or making sport outside. The city hall asks everybody to STAY AT HOME and go outside only for very important purposes. In addition, councilors today adopted a temporary ban on drinking alcohol on the Vistula.
